CEC's team of scientists is led by Dr.
Jennifer Clancy, co-founder of CEC. In 1994, the core
business of Clancy Environmental focused on water quality microbiology
and water treatment. With the addition of Jeffrey
Rosen to the team in 2004, CEC formalized a long-term partnership between
world-class expertise in microbiology and world-class ability to process
and analyze environmental information. Jeff leads the Environmental Information Services group located in the Scituate, MA, office.
